These terms govern your use of thailandluxuryprive.com and the editorial content published by Thailand Luxury Privé. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

3. Affiliate relationships

Many links on the site lead to partner platforms that pay us a commission when readers book or purchase. The full disclosure is on the Affiliate Disclosure page. Our editorial verdicts are independent of these relationships.

When you book a hotel through a Fora Travel link on our site:

  • Fora is the licensed travel agency that handles the booking.
  • We are not party to the booking transaction.
  • Any dispute related to the booking is between you, the property, and Fora.

4. Pricing information

Prices published on this site are confirmed at the source within 90 days of the article’s verifiedAt: date stamp. After 90 days, the price is flagged for refresh. Pricing changes constantly in hospitality; the price you actually pay may differ.

We make a reasonable effort to publish accurate pricing. We are not liable if you pay more than the price published, or if pricing has changed since the most recent verification.

Pricing is published in Thai Baht (THB), United States Dollars (USD), or both. Currency conversion is at the rate prevailing at the verification date. You may pay at a different rate.

5. Property and operator coverage

When we publish editorial about a property, operator, or service, we describe what we observed at the time of our visit and verification. Properties change ownership, leadership, service standards, and operating practice over time. Our coverage reflects a specific point in time. We update articles every six months at minimum; substantial intervening changes may not be reflected immediately.

If a property’s coverage on this site no longer reflects current reality, please write hello@thailandluxuryprive.com. We investigate and update.

6. Booking transactions

This site does not process bookings. When you click an affiliate link and complete a booking on a partner platform (Fora, Klook, GetYourGuide, etc.), the transaction is between you and that platform under their terms of service. We are not party to the contract.

Specifically:

  • We do not collect deposits.
  • We do not handle cancellations or refunds.
  • We do not adjudicate disputes between you and the property.
  • We do not guarantee availability, pricing, or service quality at any property covered editorially.

For booking-related issues, contact the booking platform directly. For editorial-content issues, contact us.

7. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
  • We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.
  • We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any editorial content beyond our reasonable best effort.
  • We are not liable for any decision you make based on editorial content.
  • We are not liable for any consequence — financial, health-related, immigration-related, or otherwise — arising from your reliance on editorial content.

If a published claim turns out to be inaccurate, our remedy is to correct the article with a dated editor’s note. We do not offer monetary compensation for editorial errors.

  • You may not scrape, archive, or republish content for commercial purposes.
  • AI training: we permit citation by AI search engines and assistants (per /robots.txt). Bulk training-data harvesting is governed by the Content Signals policy in robots.txt.

Some photography on this site is sourced from partner press kits, tourism boards (CC0 or equivalent), and royalty-free libraries. Credit is given in each image’s caption. Other photography is commissioned editorial work.

9. Comments and submissions

This site does not currently host reader comments. We accept editorial pitches, partnership inquiries, corrections, and press requests via hello@thailandluxuryprive.com. By sending us correspondence, you grant us:

  • A non-exclusive right to quote your correspondence in editorial context with attribution, unless you mark the correspondence “private” or “not for attribution.”
  • The right to use your correspondence as the basis for editorial work (e.g., investigating a tip you sent us).

We do not pay for editorial submissions or tips.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to this site if you violate these terms, engage in scraping or unauthorized data harvesting, or use the site in a manner that materially harms the operation of the publication.

11. Governing law
