Private representation

A conversation about the work you want to build.

Thailand Luxury Privé considers representation and profile-management inquiries from international and Thai talent and creative professionals. The first step is a portfolio and a clear view of your objectives and existing obligations.

Who this is for

Talent, creators and creative collaborators seeking a considered discussion about opportunities connected to Thailand.

What the work can include

  • Portfolio and goals

Share current work, the type of engagements you seek, relevant markets and your preferred contact details.

  • Representation context

Discuss existing agency relationships, availability and the scope in which support could be appropriate.

  • A defined next step

If there is a fit, clarify services, responsibilities, territories, terms and any commission arrangement in writing.

What we need to begin

An inquiry is not an offer of representation, employment or a booking. Do not send passports, bank information or sensitive identification through the public form. We do not publish a public roster.

How we assess the work

Objectives are agreed individually after fit is established. Any public profile, brand outreach or booking activity follows the approved scope and applicable permissions.

The proposal records the starting point, agreed outputs and review method. Client results are published only with permission and supporting evidence.

From brief to next step

  1. Share the assignment

Tell us the brand, audience, market, dates and whether you need talent, production or wider campaign delivery.

  2. Review fit and feasibility

We assess the scope, availability, production needs and the decisions requiring local coordination.

  3. Agree the arrangement

Shortlist, deliverables, rights, fees, responsibilities and timing are confirmed in a written proposal or agreement.

  4. Make and follow through

Coordinate the agreed work through approvals, delivery and the next campaign decision.
