Name the audience and the role
Describe the brand, product, intended audience and the job the talent should perform. A campaign face, an event appearance, social content and a creative collaborator are different assignments. Say whether the audience is in Thailand, elsewhere or across several markets.
Be specific about deliverables
List the proposed stills, films, appearances, posts or other work. Include shoot and release windows, location requirements, review responsibilities and whether the talent is expected to publish. A production asset and a post on a talent-owned channel should not be treated as the same deliverable.
Define usage before discussing a fee
Set out the proposed media, territory and term, including paid amplification, exclusivity and any future adaptations. These are items for negotiation and written agreement. A publicly visible image or profile does not establish a right to use it or imply that the person is available for the campaign.
Include the production context
Share the creative direction, location plan, production team needs and expected approval process. If the work is in Thailand, local permissions and operating requirements need to be checked for the specific assignment. Do not assume that a booking inquiry also covers travel arrangements, permits, facilities or post-production.
Explain what is fixed and what is open
A useful brief distinguishes the non-negotiable launch date from a flexible shoot window, a defined budget from an exploratory range, and an approved concept from a direction still in development. This makes the feasibility conversation more productive without pretending that a shortlist is a confirmed booking.
Know what access means
At Privé, requesting access begins a private review of the assignment. The next step may be clarification, discussion of suitable directions or a scoped proposal. It is not a membership purchase, a reservation or a representation agreement. Talent seeking management should use the representation inquiry and share a portfolio, goals and existing commitments.
